THIS POUCH IS JUST LIKE A "KEN SCOTT" How many times have you heard that? How many times have you heard someone say that that item has been Ken Scotted? More than once, I'm sure. I know that I have. It is said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I say that it's the incerest form of having no creativity or imagination of your own. Here's an interesting story I'd like to pass on to you. I was recently set up at one of the largest trade shows in the country. It was early on a Sunday morning when the gentleman walked by my table looking at my wares. He then exclaimed, "Ken Scott! Are you Ken Scott?" I told him I was, introduced my self and asked if I could be of service. He then went on to tell me that he had spent most of the day before looking for a hunting pouch. during his search, three venders had shown him pouches and told him "This is just like a Ken Scott pouch." After the third man told him that, the gentleman told me he said "Maybe I should just find Ken Scott and get the real thing!" "Just like a Ken Scott!" doesn't cut it where I come from. Either I made the pouch or I didn't. Either you come in first place or you don't! Either you killed the deer or you didn't. Close doesn't count! There is no substitute for the real thing. My work is well known and is recognized by knowledgeable reenactors for its uniqueness, top of the line high quality, and attention to detail.I've seen pouches that were proported to be mine on some of theauction sites. Some were made by me, but a lot more weren't. I've hadpeople call me and say that they just bought one of my pouches fromsomeone. Then when they sent me a picture of the pouch, I had to tellthem that's not one of my pouches. If you want genuine handmade KenScott Hunting Pouch. order it directly from me.You'll have a pouch that will is historically researched, made by a quality craftsman and a pouch that is warranted as to quality, workmanship and materials. Do you know of anyone else who guarantees their pouches. As for the gentleman that I mentioned earlier....We continued our discussion. Looked at some pouches that I had with me, Talked about the kind of pouch he wanted for his persona and showed him some photos of similar pouches that I had made. We then discussed the details so the pouch would be custom made for him. I'm glad that that gentleman took the time to seek me out rather than make a hasty purchase that he wouldn't be satisfied with in the long haul. I'msure that he is too. If you're in need of a quality hunting pouch, ponder on what I've said. I thank you for your consideration. Pouches /
